Our Board
Howard Brodsky - Chief Financial Officer

I met Howard Brodsky through Petfinder, a wonderful pet rescue placement site. He adopted the gargantuan Saint Bernard puppy, "Monster Cuddles," from our canine rescue, DogFellas. I had several conversations with Howard over time about American horses going to slaughter. He was shocked and disturbed by what I shared with him and wanted to make a difference. In addition to becoming a generous benefactor of our horse rescue, and a highly esteemed executive board member, Howard agreed to foster 2 of our rescue horses, and has just decided to adopt 2 rescued nurse mare foal yearlings.   Howard has also purchased a Percheron Mare from the hands of a kill buyer and I am happy to say that "Midnight" is doing extremely well on Howard's farm.  Howard has also rescued or adopted all three of his dogs, several alpaca and sheep.

Howard is a once in a lifetime humanitarian with a great compassion for all sentient beings who suffer. I am so grateful to have met him and am awed by the commitment he has made to
my rescue.

Howard Brodsky is the CEO of New York Health and Racquet Club. Howard is also involved with numerous charities to help raise money for the fight against cancer, the Special Olympics and supporting several inner city children's programs.
